ABOUT
US
Home Farm Gin was born in 2019 when Nev Leverett and Paul Dunnett had a simple, shared goal – to earn a living doing something they are passionate about and enjoy, so going to work doesn’t feel like work.
Nev has 10 years experience in the hospitality industry participating in an internationally acclaimed and recognised cocktail and bar tending course. Great with people with an eye for detail he can make a wicked cocktail!
Paul has over 30 years experience in business development and sales. Can’t make a cocktail but can make the numbers add up, and is diligent.
“We are both gin lovers coming at this venture from complementary backgrounds & skill sets but by combining forces we have created a winning team”
“We both enjoy a G&T, but creating our own and being able to share it with other like minded people is just magic”.

SUSTAINABILITY
Here at Home Farm Gin, we believe it is essential to take responsibility in tackling climate change. The need to rethink our products, and the manufacturing processes behind them, became a priority.

Sustainable practises are a core concept in modern society, find out how we achieve ours below:
Transport

-
Our van is new and very economic, and has all the latest technology to help reduce emissions.
-
We work from home, which means we not only save money on commuting, but also improve our carbon footprints.
Office

-
Our bottles are glass with paper labels. These are then packed in cardboard boxes with scrunched paper for protection.
-
The distillery is heated via a wood-burner, offering a low-carbon alternative than heating the premises with fossil fuels. All our firewood is sustainably harvested from the surrounding local area.
-
We have replaced light bulbs with LED lighting, as they use comparatively less energy while also lasting longer.
-
At the distillery, we have recycling bins to ensure that plastics, cans and paper are disposed of properly.
Materials

-
All our materials are purchased from the closest outlets possible, mainly in Norfolk.
-
Waste botanicals are composted on site.
-
We pride ourselves in having no plastic in any of our packaging (except the tamper proof seal, which we have to have to comply).
